The season is open! With the October course for aspiring ski and snowboard instructors, Snowsports Academy has kicked off the 2024/25 education year successfully. Over 90 motivated participants from various nations are currently at Kitzsteinhorn in Salzburg, creating an international atmosphere.

The Perfect Combination of Practice and Methodology

The course spans ten days, offering a well-rounded mix of practical training and methodological knowledge essential for teaching skiing and snowboarding. The curriculum includes everything from fundamental techniques to structured instructional methods that help instructors create effective, goal-oriented lessons. Furthermore, there’s a strong emphasis on soft skills like guest communication—how to engage with students to provide an enjoyable and successful learning experience. Snowsports Academy equips participants with these skills, offering a modern approach to delivering quality snow sports instruction.


Diversity of Nations and Cultures

With participants from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, and Italy, the course reflects the cultural diversity embodied in Snowsports Academy's “Snow connecting people” motto. The group’s shared passion for winter sports naturally bonds them, fostering an open, supportive atmosphere where participants, aged 16 to 51, motivate and support one another.

An Experienced Training Team – and New Perspectives

The experienced training team at Snowsports Academy ensures that trainees receive instruction at the highest level. A new trainer and a new instructor have joined the team, adding fresh perspectives, while the established trainers share their expertise with participants.
